Justin has been involved in the Finance industry since 1984. He has held senior positions within the Banking and Mortgage Sector and is a former State President of the MFAA and National Board member.
He is a Fellow of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Justin is also a current National Director of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) and its former Tasmanian President.

He is a former Vice President of MFAA Tasmania chapter and committee member for 5 years.
Troy holds a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage broking and is experienced in all facets of residential lending , Commercial and Asset finance.

Tyler has been in the finance industry for the past 9 years, and is a fully qualified Finance Broker holding a Diploma of Financial Services Mortgage and Finance Broking. He is our resident expert for First Home Buyers, having been one himself.
He also enjoys playing footy at the Devonport Football Club and spending time with his fiancé Phoebe.

Abbey has been at Lending4U for over 3 years and provides Support for our Brokers and has recently completed a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Abbey loves spending her weekends camping and spending time with her British Bulldog Maple.

Kirsty has 15 years' experience in Business Administration and Accounts, with a strong background in managing administrative activities, financial processes, and day-to-day business operations.
Outside of work, Kristy is married and a proud mum of 3 children. Between her hobby farm and kids sports, her family keeps her very busy!
